Information from others
When we manage registration on behalf of an event host, the host may share attendee information with us so we can provide registration, check-in, and attendee support. We may also receive information from vendors, venues, and partners involved in producing an event.
02How We Use Information
- To respond to inquiries, prepare proposals, and deliver our event planning, production, and registration services.

- To coordinate with venues, hotels, caterers, and other vendors needed to deliver an event.
- To stream, record, and host virtual and hybrid events.
- To send service messages and, where permitted, marketing about future events and offers. You can opt out of marketing at any time.
- To improve our website and services, prevent fraud, keep events safe, and comply with legal obligations.
03Text Messages & Email
If you provide your mobile number and consent, we may send text messages about your inquiry, registration, or event, such as confirmations, reminders, and day-of updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Information may be shared with service providers who help us deliver messages, solely for that purpose.
Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Service emails about an event you registered for may still be sent after you unsubscribe from marketing.
04How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as described here:
- Event hosts. If you register for an event we manage, your registration details are shared with the organization hosting that event.
- Service providers. Companies that help us operate, such as website and CRM hosting, payment processing, email and text delivery, streaming platforms, and analytics, under obligations to protect your information.
- Event vendors. Venues, hotels, caterers, security, and production partners receive only what they need to serve you, such as a name for a badge or a dietary need for a meal count.
- Legal and safety. When required by law, to respond to legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of attendees, our clients, Legacy Four, or others.
- Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
05Photography, Video & Recordings
Our events are often photographed, filmed, livestreamed, or recorded. By attending an in-person or virtual event, you understand that your image, voice, name, and comments made in public sessions or chats may be captured and used by Legacy Four and the event host for event delivery, recaps, and promotion. If you have a concern about being photographed or recorded, please let event staff know or contact us before the event and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate you.
06Cookies & Analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies to run the site, remember your preferences, and understand how the site is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how the site works. Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” signal. Because there is no common standard for these signals, our site does not currently respond to them, though we honor Global Privacy Control signals as an opt-out of sale or sharing where required by law.
